Ningbo Airport Logistics Center, one of the seven logistics parks listed in the Development Plan of Ningbo Modern Logistics Industry, is a city-level and province-level key project, boasting a sound geographical location linking Lishe International Airport and several major industrial parks, and enjoying a convenient and developed transportation network. In 10 to 15 years' time, the center will become a comprehensive logistics zone and the key logistics center in the eastern China encompassing airfreight logistics, bonded logistics, sea-land-air integrated cargo transport, city transport, the third-party logistics, and other logistics related services.
Ningbo Airport Logistics Development Corp, the main body of the Ningbo Airport Logistics Center, with a registered capital of 80 million RMB, is jointly invested by Ningbo Communications Investment Corp with share; Ningbo Shanshan Co. Ltd, Ningbo Lishe International Airport, and Ningbo Wangchun Industrial Development Co. Ltd, The project will be under way in Oct 2006. The project in the first phrase, with an area of 164749 sq. meters, will be finished at the end of 2007.
