Ningbo Airport Logistics Center occupies an area of 1,430,715 sq. meters, including projects in the first (about 164,749 sq. meters) and second phrase (about 573620 sq. meters), together with 667,000 sq. meters setting aside for further development. Total investment in the first phrase and the second phrase reaches 0.27 RMB and 1.3181 billion RMB respectively.

The project in the first phrase, located north to Xintang South River of Ningbo Wangchun Industrial Park, south to Shanli Road, east to Shanshan Road, west to Jicai Road, will be made the state-level B type bonded logistics. Enjoying a preferential policy and taking the best of advanced logistics management and informationtechnology, and taking as its base

the bonded storage, the project includes cargo shipment, circulation and processing, down-stream processing and customs transfer, import-export and entrepot trade, international purchase. It provides all-inclusive customs procedure service for bonding, airfreight, water-transported cargo, export tax reimbursement, logistics information processing, thus accelerating development of bonded logistics in Ningbo.

The project in the second phrase is adjacent to Wangchun Industrial park, and east to Ningbo Lishe International airport, north to Yinzhou Broadway, and west to Ningbo-Jinghua Expressway. The project includes Airportfreight Shipment Zone, Water-transported Cargo Inspection Zone, the Third Party Logistics Zone, City Goods Shipment and other facilitating zones.

The land setting aside for future development is mainly devoted to circulation and manufacturing of hi-tech products and high value-added products, and to other logistics related industry, thus stimulating airport-driven economy.
